Smoke Weed Everyday

Now seeing this is a blog about Canada, you knew marijuana was going to be brought up eventually. Marijuana is virtually legal here.. it's a blessing. There have been multiple times where im smoking a doobie with a friend on a busy street and no trouble came out of it. The person in the picture above is Marc Emery, a marijuana activist also known as the "Prince of Pot". He faces 5 years in U.S jail being reponsible for sending millions worth of marijuana seeds over to the USA. Which could be the reason why you have that stash right now.

Jail sentence for marijuana = Epic fail in the system.
War on Drugs was a waste of billions of dollars.

All I have to say is.. Legalize it.

  1. Pot is a hot button issue in the states. It is funny how back in the 30's big cotton was threatened by the prospects of hemp, and set up a huge smear campaign. Oh the power of money.

  2. legalizing wont help anything, it would just make it worse.

    it needs to be decriminalized.

  4. not only big cotton, dupont wanted to sell their new nylon ropes to the navy, but unfortunately, nylon ropes cut people in half when they snap, so the navy still uses hemp ropes...

  5. I don't smoke it .... but if I had a choice between cigs and pot... pot it is. However nowadays pot is unbalanced; it contains to much THC and not enough of the anti-psychotic. So I think I would have to grow my own if it was legalized and I had to smoke something.

  9. I don't smoke pot, personally. Used to. But, I stopped.
I think legalizing could either have super positive or negative repercussions on society. On one hand, crime may go down. All violent crimes regarding selling or dealing, etc.
But bad thing is, it may be super pricey for you pot smokers plus then you'll have the crack heads crying out saying how "if pot is legalized, so should crack". I'm on the fence about it, but it doesn't necessarily effect me.

  12. I don't smoke, but the money spent on eradicating marijuana usage is ridiculous. It's far less harmful than alcohol. Ugh.

  14. I haven't smoked in a while because it makes me mad paranoid, but I agree with you. You shouldn't get punished for smoking a plant. It's fucking stupid.

  17. Dude I'm american and I'm with you on this one. if people who smoke do so with common sense and responsibility there's zero problems with it. The fact that people are ok with billions of dollars going to this so-called war on drugs with a zero success rate disgusts me a bit.
